Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of En Familia, an app for organising shared lists, tasks and plans among members of a family or group.

Using the service
Users agree to use En Familia lawfully, responsibly and respectfully towards others. Some lists may be public if their owner chooses that setting, but lists are private by default unless someone has an invitation or authorised membership.
User account
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through their accounts.
User content
Users are responsible for the information, lists, items, text and other content they enter into the app.
Public lists are their owners' content. En Familia does not review them before publication or endorse their content. Users must not publish other people's personal data, material that infringes copyright, or illegal or offensive content. Any signed-in user can report a public list from its details. We review reports and may block the list; the owner will receive the reason and can request a review by replying to the notice sent from admin@enfamilia.app.
Advertising
En Familia may include advertising in future versions. Any advertising will be introduced in accordance with applicable rules and the information provided in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The service may change, be updated or be temporarily interrupted for technical, legal or product improvement reasons.
Intellectual property
The En Familia brand, design, code, text and identity belong to Jesús Lunar Pérez or their rightful owners.
Limitation of liability
En Familia is provided as an organisation tool. Uninterrupted availability or complete freedom from errors cannot be guaranteed.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
